3.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or place Wagers: (a) any individual subject to a self-exclusion order issued through ahh777's responsible gaming process; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ahh777 and their immediate family members; and (c) any person whose Account has been permanently closed for a material breach of this Agreement.
4.1 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on ahh777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ahh777 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any associated balances and bonus funds, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ahh777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify ahh777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any Account Balance to any other person.
5.1 KYC Requirement. In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ahh777 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be required at other points during the account lifecycle at ahh777's discretion.
5.2 Accepted Identity Documents. The following Philippine government-issued identity documents are accepted for KYC verification:
5.3 Payment Method Verification. ahh777 may require verification that the payment methods linked to your account — including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other channels — are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
5.4 Consequences of Incomplete KYC. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by ahh777 will result in suspension of withdrawal access. Persistent failure to provide required documentation may result in Account closure and forfeiture of winnings, subject to applicable law.
6.1 Accepted Methods. Deposits to ahh777 may be made via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), UnionBank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may change from time to time without notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment channels are published in the Deposit section of the Platform and may be updated at ahh777's discretion.
6.3 Deposit Ownership. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
6.4 Deposit Limits. ahh777 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at any time as part of responsible gaming obligations or regulatory compliance. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
6.5 Transaction Fees. ahh777 does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, fees levied by your payment provider or bank are beyond our control and remain your responsibility.
6.6 Currency. All account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion to PHP will be applied at the exchange rate published on the platform at the time of the transaction.

7.4 Withdrawal Review. ahh777 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where account activity presents fraud, money laundering, or terms of service violation concerns.
7.5 Inactive Account Funds. Funds in accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Bonus terms may include, without limitation: wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, minimum odds requirements for sports bonuses, and expiry periods.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real money funds in your Wallet are always played first before bonus funds, unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.
8.3 Bonus Eligibility. Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. 9.1 Game Integrity. 9.2 Technical Errors. 10.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the ahh777 sports book are subject to acceptance by the platform. ahh777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to manifest error may be voided or settled at the correct price at ahh777's discretion.
10.2 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and are subject to additional restrictions including minimum and maximum stake limits that may differ from pre-game limits. Delays in live data feeds do not entitle a Player to void a settled in-play bet.
10.3 Voiding Rules. A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a specified rescheduling window as defined in the sport-specific rules; a result is overturned after initial settlement; or a selection is removed from a multiple bet, reducing it to a single (the remaining selection will stand at its individual odds).
10.4 Settlement. Results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases where no official result is declared within the prescribed timeframe, ahh777 will apply its own settlement determination based on available evidence. Settlement of Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) events follows PBA official results.
10.5 Responsible Sports Betting. ahh777 applies its responsible gaming policies equally to sports betting. Deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion measures apply across all product types including the sports book.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahh777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities:
12.1 Player Acknowledgment. By using ahh777, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose the entire amount deposited. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to take personal responsibility for managing your gambling activity.

13.1 ahh777's Right to Suspend. ahh777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Account is involved in a breach of these Terms; (b) an active fraud or money laundering investigation requires it; (c) the Platform is legally required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) it is in the best interests of the Player's responsible gaming.
13.2 Balances on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, ahh777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account Balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed due to a Platform decision unrelated to a Player breach, verified Account Balances will be returned to the Player through their verified payment method after any required investigation or cooling period.
13.3 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ahh777 support team. Verified Account Balances will be returned via the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing timeframes.
All content on the ahh777 platform — including but not limited to the ahh777 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, interface elements, game interfaces (to the extent provided by ahh777 rather than third-party providers), software, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of ahh777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

15.2 Service Availability. 15.3 Force Majeure. ahh777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or any other event constituting force majeure.
15.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.5 Consequential Loss. ahh777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if ahh777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by ahh777 is governed by the ahh777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
ahh777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — ahh777 will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; an email to your registered email address; or a notification within your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

18.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
